Here are some suggestions to ensure you can receive an email test draft.
Check all your email folders. Including the Spam, Junk, and Promotions folder.
Please note that test drafts are not being deployed out of the same sending server as bulk email. This is to help maintain the deliverability of your bulk messages.
Check to see if the FROM email address domain is the not same as the recipient. Typically the recipient email server will reject this knowing the email didn’t originate on its own server.
For example, the from email address: firstname.lastname@example.org Recipient email: email@example.com
Try sending from a different FROM email address domain.
