1. From any screen within the application
2. Go to Help & Support on the main navigation menu.
Help & Support Dashboard
The sections of the Dashboard put your most common tasks at your fingertips.
On the Dashboard, you will see the boxes as described below:
In the section labeled Help Guide
Click Go Here for a comprehensive written help guide.
Check with support to see if this feature is enabled for your account. Some features may not be visible or available in your account.
In the section labeled Upgrade Plan
•You will see your current plan
•Upgrade your plan
In the section labeled Purchase Support
Click Go Here to Purchase Support to purchase support time.
You can use your paid support for any assistance you require.
Check with support to see if this feature is enabled for your account. Some features may not be visible or available in your account.
In the section labeled Support Ticket
Click Go Here to create a support ticket.
This creates a new support ticket for you to view the progress of your support request.
Click Go Here to view an existing support ticket.
Note: You can track and follow up with an existing support ticket.

In the section labeled Cancel Service
Click Go Here to cancel your service.
1. Confirm by Selecting the Request Cancellation button.
2. In the Cancel Service section, Select the Go Here link to cancel your service.
3. Confirm by Selecting the Request Cancellation button.
Your account will be deactivated at the end of your billing cycle and will not be renewed. Your account will be active and available until the end of your billing cycle.

Click Go Here to manage your API keys.
